• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration.

• 🗓️ 2-3 years of proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Accounting and Financial Analyst, or similar roles with direct exposure to modeling and tax matters.

• 💻 Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex functions, macros are a plus) and financial modeling tools.

• 📚 Solid knowledge and application of accounting principles and their impact on financial analysis.

• 📊 Understanding and practical experience with current Mexican tax regulations.

• 🧠 Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to solve complex problems.

• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• 📑 Preparing accurate financial reports, key account reconciliations, and executive presentations for management, integrating financial, accounting, and tax analyses.
